2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the residential property participation programme operated by Thailendprop in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Pattaya. The website is informational. It does not constitute an offer of securities, deposits, insurance or any regulated financial product.

3. Eligibility

The programme is intended for adults aged 40 to 65 who reside legally in Thailand or in a jurisdiction from which they can lawfully be contacted. Persons under 18 must not submit personal data through this website.

4. Risk acknowledgement

Participation in residential property projects involves risk, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital.
