Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Thailendprop Co., Ltd. ("Thailendprop", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit thailendprop.com or contact us regarding the residential property participation programme. We act in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of the Kingdom of Thailand.
1. Data controller
Thailendprop Co., Ltd., company registration No. 0105566041287, registered office at 1063 Phloen Chit Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand, is the data controller. You may contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@thailendprop.com.
2. Data we collect
Through the newsletter form on our home page we collect the name, email address and country of residence you provide. Through cookies and analytics tools we collect technical data such as the device type, browser, approximate location based on IP, pages visited and time spent. We never collect financial account numbers, identity-document numbers or sensitive personal data through this website.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used (a) to send you details of the active residential projects in Thailand under the programme, (b) to respond to your enquiry, (c) to comply with Thai legal obligations, and (d) — only with your consent — to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our communications.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your explicit consent (PDPA, Section 19), the necessity to take pre-contractual steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the website.
5. Retention
Newsletter contact data is retained for up to 36 months from the last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Technical and analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Legal and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Thai law.
6. Sharing
We share data only with (a) processors acting on our written instructions (hosting in Singapore and the European Union, email delivery, analytics under Google Consent Mode v2), (b) Thai public authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some processors operate servers outside Thailand. Where this is the case, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent in accordance with Section 28 of the PDPA.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact dpo@thailendprop.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand (PDPC).
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures including TLS encryption, role-based access control, log retention and periodic reviews to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.
10. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in our operations. The current version and the date of the last update are always shown at the top of this page.
